Currently, only six known Twelve Kizuki members are present within the game.
- Kokushibo (Upper Moon 1) - Kokushibo is an NPC that can be located somewhere at Frosty Forest, his function is to convert (LV 50+) players into demon-human hybrids with five muzan bloods. He also serves as a trainer for Moon Breathing and the final boss of the Infinity Castle raid, for now atleast.
- Doma (Upper Moon 2) - Doma can only be encountered as a Boss NPC in the Infinity Castle raid. He is the user of Ice Art, his signature BDA and the BDA in which players can obtain by rolling with Muzan Blood.
- Akaza (Upper Moon 3) - Akaza can only be encountered as a Boss NPC in the Infinity Castle raid, though he can be found hidden in a corner as a regular NPC in the Demon Purgatory hideout, however he has no function at all. His signature BDA is Shockwave Art, one of the most powerful BDA that players can also get.
- Kaigaku (Upper Moon 6) - Kaigaku is an Open-World Boss NPC that spawns in either Okuyia Village or Hayakawa Village, he is formerly a student of Jigoro Kujima, therefore he is a user of Thunder Breathing, but the breathing style itself is infused with his BDA, Dark Thunder Art. He can also be located at the Forest Hideout that acts as a Nichirin forger NPC, though he only can craft his Dark Thunder Nichirin with a Dark Thunder Essence.
- Gyutaro (Former Upper Moon 6) - Similarly to Kaigaku, Gyutaro is NOT a story mode boss NPC, rather an Open-World Boss NPC which only spawns at Entertainment District exclusively. He is the user of Sickle Art, one of the best PVP BDAs to ever exist in-game. Unfortunately, his sister, Daki, who is also an Upper Moon 6, is currently not present in the game just yet.
- Rui (Lower Moon 5) - A story mode Boss NPC that can be encountered after defeating Okuro, Former Lower Moon 6, he uses his signature BDA, String Art. Another BDA that the player can use.
Demonfall-exclusive Twelve Kizuki Members[]
These Demon Moons are only Demonfall original characters, rather than canonical characters from the anime/manga. So please do note that they don't exist in the source material, as they're only OCs.
- Okuro (Former Lower Moon 6) - Okuro is the first boss you encounter in the Slayer Storyline, and is also the counterpart to Kyogai. He uses a fire-type BDA similar to Blood Art that is only exclusive to Okuro himself, unofficially dubbed as Fire Art.
- Lower Moon 3 - Just like Kaigaku and Gyutaro, Lower Moon 3 is an open-world boss that can be encountered and fought in his domain called Crystal Underground in Okuyia Cavern. This arena can only be accessible by using the Crystal Key. Similarly to Okuro, he has his own BDA that players cannot obtain, unofficially dubbed as Crystal Art.
- Lower Moon 2 - Lower Moon 2 the third boss in the Slayer Storyline that uses Shadow Art. He could possibly be the equivalent to Hairo as both are Lower Rank 2 and uses Umbrakinesis.
