Ranked, or PVP, is a Gamemode in Demonfall, You can select Ranked from the main menu. Currently, Ranked has one mode: 1v1 . In the Ranked menu, you can view a global leaderboard on the left side, and the queues on the right side. All passives and perks from breathings and families are activated in PVP. Both parties will start with full hunger.
If you win a match, you gain 5 points for the win. If you lose a match, you lose 5 points. There are certain milestones for points, which will change your rank title. Rank titles only apply to 1v1, you do not get rank titles for 2v2. -Ranked titles are currently unavailable, regardless of how many points you have.
Currently, the game mode is in beta, and a score wipe should be expected when it is fully released.
1v1[]
As soon as you queue for 1v1, you will appear in the queue on the right side. The game will then automatically pair you up with someone. Rounds will not start until both players have loaded in, or skipped loading. Both players will start with 3 lives, losing 1 if executed.
Upon winning, the winner will get 5 points, whilst the loser shall lose 5.
Tips: call the winner "runner", "spammer", whatever, it is super annoying to anyone,
warning: you may not get reported but you might get target by this person.
"if i can't beat you psychically, i'll beat you mentally!"
2v2 [OLD][]
This mode is unavailable as of Update 5.0
Before, to queue for 2v2, you needed to be in a party with someone. This can be done by either typing their name in the "Invite to 2v2" box, or waiting for an invite to pop up at the top of your screen. Once accepted, you and your teammate will enter the 2v2 queue. 2v2 is played on a much larger arena than the 1v1 arena. Your 2v2 points can be viewed next to your name in Matchmaking. They are the points on the right side. For example, 4/2
You can still hit your teammate, but you can't damage them, so you'll stun your teammate, which could end up killing them because of it.
