Dark Thunder Art is one of the Demon Arts you can obtain when you reach level 5 by talking to Rocher. You can also use Muzan's Blood to reroll your Demon Art. In Demonfall Storyline it's not used by anyone yet. In the manga it's used by Kaigaku who holds the position of Upper Moon 6 in Twelve Kizuki.
