The Black Merchant or The Old Man is an interactable NPC in Demonfall found at varying locations in Okuyia and Hayakawa Village. This is the only way to obtain items such as Weapon Parts and Potions here.

The Unknown Item has a 1/4 chance to be one of the following four consumables once bought:
Wipe Potion - Used to completely wipe your character and progress (except prestige and gamepass items) to start a new history in exchange for 3 Family spins.
Muzan Blood - Used to re-roll a Demon Blood Art and reset your skill points as a demon/hybrid.
Breath Indict - Used to reset your skill points and removes your breathing style which allows for a new one. Nichirins will not be lost unless its an breathing exclusive nichirin (love sword, sound katanas etc)
Combat Potion - This potion will reset all your stat points and your fighting style (only for demons)+(you WONT lose your bda)
