I used a wipe potion and now I can'you roll anything.I can't do anything bud If they don't fix their game If they don't fix their game then I'm going to Sue I spent money on that wipe potion.

My friend drank a wipe potion and restarted, hoping to get the Kamado clan with his rerolls, but when he clicks the reroll button it does the roll, but consistently lands on the same clan he had before. It doesn't use up a reroll for whatever reason, but he has rolled Ubayashiki over 70 times in a row (yes we counted) and it won't use up a roll or ever roll anything else. After watching that, I stupidly decided to prestige and the exact same thing happened, but with the clan name I had before resetting, being Shinazugawa. I don't know what to do and I don't want to hit the confirm button 'cause no way in hell I'm gonna be a Shinazugawa again. (I also noticed that I can't change any of my vanity features, like clothes or the color and shape of my hair, but I'm not worried about that nearly as much as the clan name.)

Whenever I join no one else is in the game and I can’t even farm npcs. Also when I go to the server list it says the server size is 1 and everyone is in their own server. Any way to fix this? It’s only happening for demonfall.
